Bio

Pasquale is a Software Engineer at IBM Research-Zurich Lab where he is currently working on designing and building decentralized identity systems based on the self-sovereign identity concepts.

Recent focus areas include:

development of SSI solutions on mobile based on latest standards as W3C Verifiable Credentials and mDL;
work on achieving ledger-agnosticism in aries-cloudagent-python;
Main programming languages used: Typescript, Python, Java, Swift, PHP, Rust, C.

Before, Pasquale has worked as an intern in 2019 at IBM-Research Zurich on system security. After that, he has collected additional experience as full-stack engineer working in building e-commerce solutions and tuning banking applications.

Pasquale holds an MSE in Software Engineering from the Politecnico di Torino and an MSE in Cybersecurity from EURECOM.
