Alice Driessen is a Predoctoral Researcher in the Cognitive Computing & Industry Solutions department of the IBM Research Zurich Laboratory.
Working towards an AI-driven engineering of the immune system, her role is to develop multi-scale T cell models that can be applied in cancer immunotherapy or give insights to auto-immune diseases.
She is also part of an international training network, called ENLIGHT-TEN+ consortium, as an early stage researcher.
In 2020, Alice received her Master's degree in Bioinformatics and Systems Biology from the Vrije Universiteit and University of Amsterdam in the Netherlands.
From 2013 to 2017, she pursued her studies towards a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences at Utrecht University.
