Maximum power feedback laws
Abstract
The quality of feedback laws of the type: uk +1 = g(k, uk, uk-1, xk+1, xk, xk-1), acting on systems with unknown functions f, xk+1 = f(xk, uk), is studied in terms of the power which measures the convergence rate of the sequence {xk} → 0. Among a class of algorithms one with maximum power is found. © 1971 Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
