GaAs opto-electronic integrated circuits for high speed optical communications

Abstract

Opto-Electronic-Integrated-Circuits (OEICs) fabricated using GaAs circuit technologies are particularly useful in computer applications. A number of such OEIC chip are described illustrating the versitility of this technology.
