Periodically Poled KTiOPO4: A "New" Nonlinear Material for Bulk Xnteractions
Abstract
Periodic poling of 1-mm thick z-cut KTiOPO4 crystals has been achieved using an applied electric field. Such crystals can be used for quasi-phasematching of many nonlinear processes.
