Noise in magnetic tunnel junction devices
Abstract
The noise in the magnetic tunnel junction (MTJ) devices was discussed. The MTJ noise measurement up to the ferromagnetic resonance (1-2 GHz) and the description of an ultra low-noise pre-amplifier system were elaborated. The analysis of wide-band noise measurements suggested the electronic read out of MTJ heads up to the ferromagnetic resonance and down to the noise floor.
