Mobility-diffusivity relationship for degenerate semiconductors under mechanical stress

Abstract

A general formula for the diffusivity- mobility relationship for degenerate semiconductors under mechanical stress is suggested. The stress is common in devices involving heterostructures and oxide-semiconductor materials.
