The magnetoresistance of Co-EuS is negative at room temperature but becomes positive at 4.2 K. This MR temperature dependence is attributed to interface scattering at the boundary of Co metal with EuS particles when the two magnetic phases are antiferromagnetically exchange coupled and have a compensation point at low temperatures. © 1995 IEEE
