High resolution conducting patterns with polyaniline

High resolution, conducting patterns are delineated with polyaniline. This is done by designing a radiation sensitive, water based polyaniline and by indirect methods using photoresist technology. Patterns exhibiting conductivity on the order of 100 S/cm have been fabricated.
