Abstract
We present a high density optical interconnect based on the TIR type and the metal coated type precise mirror attached waveguide on a printed circuit board. The structure and performance of 12-channel transmitter and receiver operating at 8 - 10 Gbps are presented. ©2009 Optical Society of America.
