Comment on Lodder's "exact" electromigration theory

Abstract

A. Lodder has presented a calculation of the driving force for motion in electromigration, characterized as "exact" and "conclusive." This is a brief critique of Lodder's work, suggesting the omission of essential physical effects. © 1989.
